Licensing Terms

Small Commercial Use: We allow our products to be used without attribution for up to 1000 sales/units by small businesses.

• You are licensed to incorporate the digital product, to create a new final product for yourself or for a client. The final product may be sold.
• A final product must require effort/skill. Products cannot be sold simply 'as is'.
• You cannot share this license or the purchase with others.
• You cannot re-distribute the item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the item as-is or with superficial modifications.
• You must not permit an end user of the final product to extract the item and use it separately from the final product.
• You cannot share the item in any form, make them available to a third party, resell the items (or repackage them for resale) or claim the item as your own.
• You cannot sell the item ‘as is’. For example, using a pattern paper to create phone cases, wallpapers or similar items, for resale.
• This license can be terminated if you breach it. If that happens, you must stop making copies of or distributing the final product until you remove the item from it.
• ClipHeart Creations retains ownership of the item but grants you the license on these terms.
• Under 1000 sales/units sold is covered by our small commercial use license. If you go over that amount you will need to purchase an extended license to continue selling.
